Format/Process: Ya Rayom Lom Soong formula of Ajarn Kitti Kittijaruwong has

been prescribed to patients at Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital in Prachinburi

province since 2014. However, it was found that the use of this herbal preparation is
often not based on its indications, and the quantity of Rayom (Rauwolfia serpentina)
root consumed per dose exceeds the Thai FDA-specified amount.
