                                    include:
                                    1. Research and development of herbal materials and extract of traditional

                                       medicine formula “Wannachawee” for the treatment of psoriasis
                                    2. Toxicity study of traditional medicine formula “Wannachawee” for the

                                       treatment of psoriasis in rats
                                    3. Pre-clinical study of the anti-psoriatic properties of  “Wannachawee”

                                       traditional medicine formula
                                    4. Development of pharmaceutical products from extract of “Wannachawee”

                                       traditional medicine formula for  clinical  studies. Research  and
                                       development of Wannachawee traditional medicine extract for the clinical

                                       study in patients with psoriasis at Phra Pokklao Hospital in Chanthaburi
                                       province is currently underway.

                             3. Network Expansion
                             Treatment Network was organised by setting up training programmes in different

                      provinces and health regions, at TTM professional practicum sites of different universities,

                      and at TTM professional skill development sites in different public hospitals, and by
                      developing teaching courses in TTM for medical students, and for study visit sites in
                      Thailand and foreign countries.

                             Community  Enterprise Producers  Network was established by promoting

                      and purchasing organic herbs from three community enterprise groups in Chanthaburi
                      province, and providing training for community enterprise medicinal plant growers to
                      strengthen their potential to cultivate quality herbs that meet national standards. This

                      has resulted in generating income for such communities of over one million baht a year.
