Pic 3: The collage attached above were the most crucial parts to renovation and change; hospital
premises with marriage reception, open medicine preparation section, unhygienic herbs and herbal
product store, poorly set hospital kitchen, unmanaged parking, unmanaged dumping within the
hospital area, water supply system polluted with sewage drainage etc. This was really a very
challenging situation as nobody knew where to start. and how to start?
Pic 4 & 5: The above two collages show the reformational works that we did in past four years,
and we are still doing new works; this is possible due to “learning by doing” approach; all the Nepal
infrastructures were changed and set-up as per the demand of the service seekers; financial support
from the Ministry of Health & Population, Nepal has played a vital role in this aspect.
