and moreover networking between local government, central government, hospitals, and
community to bridge the long-created gap between the TM hospital and related sectors.
2019 was the year when the hospital took a fresh air, after facing a major lack of
appropriate leadership since many years. In order to carry out the desired dream, the
hospital administration started to set targets for each fiscal year. Improving the management
section was not enough to get the desired outcome so the team worked on improving
and upgrading our existing resources.

Reformational Works
1. Collaborate with other government hospitals as well as private hospitals,
and conducted basic health training for the staff.
2. Hired needed manpower for specialist consultation.
3. Established Hospital Pharmacy inside hospital premises – availability of
medicines at discounted price.
4. Added new equipment and services in each department.
5. Changed the overall look of the hospital by adding greenery within its
premises, and renovated the citizen charter board.
6. Established user-friendly boards (separate in each building as well).
7. Worked on creating and maintaining our social media platforms as well as
the hospital website to reach out to a large population.
8. Furthermore, to boost the morale of staffs, we introduced a performance-

based incentive system. This resulted in satisfaction among the patients,
