12. Protection of TMK and GR

Myanmar representatives participated in a Two-day training programme on

Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (TKDL) and Biological Diversity Act (BDA) 2002
organised by the Ministry of AYUSH & Council of Scientific and Industrial Research
(CSIR)in virtual mode on 7 and 8 April 2022.

• Facilitate research and technology transfer in traditional medicines and medicinal
plants (Training workshop/seminar)
• Provide linkages into national and regional programmes with a view to

enhancing partnerships
