10.  Database/Web portal/Journal Under National Office

                            Ayush Grid:  The  Ayush Grid Project was conceptualised by the Ministry of

                     Ayush in 2018 for creating a comprehensive Information Technology backbone for the

                     entire  Ayush sector. It will cover real time data covering all aspects of  Ayush systems
                     including services, products, education, production, market size, demand supply mapping,
                     etc. 22 key Digital initiatives under Health Information system,  Research database/

                     library,  Academic and Information Education and Communication (IEC) have been

                     developed.



                     A.  AYUSH Portals:

                            a)  A-HMIS – AYUSH Hospital Management Information System: Dedicated
                                portal for AYUSH Electronic Health Records (HER) https://her.ayush.gov.in/
                                home

                                      The A-HMIS is a customisable and comprehensive hospital information

                                management system developed by the Ministry of Ayush. The objective was
                                to integrate the processes and flow of the hospital in a single platform and
                                provide better patient care and hospital management with proper documentation

                                and comprehensive collection of National Ayush Morbidity codes. It has an

                                exclusive dashboard for citizens to interact and engage with  Ayush Health
                                Services across India.
                            b)  National AYUSH Morbidity and Standardised Terminologies Electronic

                                Portal (NAMASTE): A comprehensive web portal for AYUSH terminologies

                                https://namstp.ayush.gov.in/#/index
                                      The NAMASTE portal developed by the Ministry of  Ayush provides
                                information about Standardised terminologies and Morbidity Codes along

                                with  dedicated data entry  module  for  updating  morbidity  statistics  in

                                consolidated form as well as on a real time basis. It has a provision to quote
                                ICD-10 and ICD-11 along with  AYUSH morbidity code (Dual code) for
                                reference. This dual coding (ICD-10/11) will enhance the reporting of morbidity

                                and enable the integration of AYUSH into insurance coverage and reimbursement

                                systems to achieve universal health coverage, which is one of the priority
                                objectives of WHO.
