During different forest types, the highest medicinal plant diversity and density
was recorded during Polygon conducted in Alpine Scrub. The broad-leaved and blue
pine forest saw the least occurrence. The alpine meadow saw the highest medicinal plant
diversity during Polygon, whereas woodland and wetland saw the least occurrence during
systematic line transect.

Most of the medicinal plants were found with the highest occurrence in alpine
meadows and inner valleys followed by Shrubs and Screes during polygon and systematic
line transects while very few distributions were recorded in wetlands.
